  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at comeon@enjoyiykyk.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photo and Video Evidence Required: Please provide clear photos and/or a video of the issue to expedite resolution.
  • Resolutions: We may offer a replacement or store credit, subject to review.

Merchandise & Other Products

Returns & Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted for non-beverage items only.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—please do not send items back without contacting us first at comeon@enjoyiykyk.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the issue is on our end (wrong item, defect, damage), we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is due to a customer decision (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection.
  • If a damaged item is reported with evidence, we will process the refund immediately.
