- Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed 24 hours before each shipment.
- Refunds: We cannot offer refunds once your next order has been charged and processed. Please manage your subscription before your next order to avoid unwanted charges.
- Managing Subscription: Customers can modify schedules, update payment info, or adjust plans through their account dashboard.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel anytime through their account, but cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
- Reminders & Notifications: Customers will receive an email reminder before their next order is processed.
