IYKYK Sativa Sippers are hemp-derived and legal in most states where Delta-9 THC from hemp is permitted. It is federally legal thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, but regulations vary by state, so availability depends on local laws. We only hire in states where hemp-derived THC drinks are legal to purchase.
Our beverages are available online for direct shipping where legal and in select retail locations, including liquor stores, grocery stores, and bars. There is no alcohol in our drinks, but they do have THC and are only for people 21+.
